$6 Standard flat rate on orders under $100 / 3-6 business days.

$10 Priority Mail / 2-3 business days.
When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.
*Please allow an extra few days for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories
Shipping Information:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) via USPS. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Any package(s) that is refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer, or are otherwise returned due to reasons that Lean & Growing is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by Lean & Growing by any means. Customers are held responsible for all re-shipment fees within 7 days or the package(s) will be considered abandoned.
International Orders / Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, or other customs fees for their orders. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. Please note that Lean & Growing is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by Lean & Growing by any means.
Sales Tax:
Customers outside of Virginia do not pay sales tax, however, a 6% sales tax applies to all VA residents.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Return Policy on US Orders -
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

Lean & Growing will only accept return products that are shipped within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Returned merchandise should include the tags with a copy of the invoice and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

Lean & Growing will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or washed.

The original price paid for the product(s) will be credited.

Transportation costs will not be credited.

If you return articles that have made you eligible to freight-free shipping - which you would otherwise not have been - your return payment will be deducted accordingly (appropriate shipping cost deducted).

Lean & Growing highly recommends using trackable mail or delivery confirmation. Without this lost packages will not be refunded.

Return requests on final or clearance sale merchandise will not be accepted.
Your account will be credited within 5 business days, please note that depending on the payment processing duration at your bank the accreditation might take some additional days.
Exchanges
If you have purchased an item in the wrong size, our normal return policy applies. You should email us about the size you need, and we will then check for availability and let you know by email. Shipping of exchanges will be charged normal freight cost.
