RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- Return Policy on US Orders -
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

  • Lean & Growing will only accept return products that are shipped within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

  • Returned merchandise should include the tags with a copy of the invoice and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. 

  • Lean & Growing will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or washed.

  • The original price paid for the product(s) will be credited.

  • Transportation costs will not be credited.

  • If you return articles that have made you eligible to freight-free shipping - which you would otherwise not have been - your return payment will be deducted accordingly (appropriate shipping cost deducted).

  • Lean & Growing highly recommends using trackable mail or delivery confirmation. Without this lost packages will not be refunded.

  • Return requests on final or clearance sale merchandise will not be accepted.

Your account will be credited within 5 business days, please note that depending on the payment processing duration at your bank the accreditation might take some additional days.   

Exchanges
If you have purchased an item in the wrong size, our normal return policy applies. You should email us about the size you need, and we will then check for availability and let you know by email. Shipping of exchanges will be charged normal freight cost.
